MFT Services enables expression profiles from less than 200 cells
As a new service MFT Services provide microarray solutions to their customers for analyses of less than 200 cells. By means of the
WT-Ovation™One-Direct System (NuGene) MFT Services is able to analyze the expression profiles of less than 200 cells from scarce samples like laser capture microdissections (LCM), clonal colonies of primary or stem cells, micro-biopsies or FACS analyses. This amplification system is designed for direct interrogation of cell lysates without RNA-purification to avoid sample loss. Accordingly to the customers needs subsequently MFT Services is able to perform Affymetrix GeneChip® 3’, Exon 1.0 ST, and Gene 1.0 ST expression arrays or Illumina BeadArray expression arrays to obtain the expression profile of the cells the client is interested in.
